Description - The date selector in Workspace should float and follow you as you scroll up and down a panel.
Why is this feature important to you - My Workspace panels often get quite long and I often have to check/change/remind myself of the time period I've selected. It can be annoying and time consuming to scroll right back to the top of the panel to find the date selector. Having it floating at the top right corner would be fantastic as I could just glance at it at any point in the project to check the date range the project is currently set to, or amend it.
How would you like the feature to work - The date selector in Workspace should float and follow you as you scroll up and down a panel.
Current Behaviour - Date Selector is fixed at top of workspace panel
