Fix CJA Image Import Feature

In CJA Workspace, the 'image loader' option doesn't work correctly.   When you click to add an image to either the 'description' or 'text' input box, the Workspace project just flickers and it will not let you add an 'https' image reference location.  The attached GIF shows that you can use the 'link' feature, but not the 'import image feature'.

To help support adding images of the user experience and company logos to our CJA Projects, I propose we fix this issue.
