Fast lane for ClientCare Chat (for modifying settings)

Would be great to have a fast lane for the clientcare chat if you just need to get some settings copied over or changed.

This can even be picked up by an intern, since it's just selecting some checkboxes or modifying values in the backend. Once you create a new RSID you need to contact CC to get the settings copied over. This is a 1min task and does not need any special agent.

Can I propose an alternative?

 

Would it be better to have a "fast lane" for ClientCare? Or, would it be better if you could control more settings yourself, as an admin, so that you didn't need to contact ClientCare so often?

 

Just curious about your thoughts on the root problem here.

A copy ALL settings would be the fast-fast-lane Smiley Wink But this would need to include really all settings, DW and D2.

 

And yes, more control would mean less ClientCare tickets in general.
