Please make the system created Visitor ID's fully visible as a native eVar so that we can fully relate them to our own company Visitor ID's, extract them in Data Warehouse, Classify them so we can use them for pulling other Segments across visits, etc.

Would in turn help us with Targeting, email, merchandising, etc.

Totally should do this. We had to do this using a custom implementation (Thank you, John Bates!), but this really should be out of the box.
