Excluding Visualizations from Dashboard Segmentation

I created a dashboard with many visualizations showing customer behaviour. I curated the project so that stakeholders can drop Geo segments into the dashboard to see customer behaviour in a specific country.

However at the very top of the dashboard I have a panel that shows conversion of customers from different countries and I want that visualization to not be affected if someone drops a Geo segment into the panel.

It would be useful to lock visualizations/freeform tables so that they would remain unaffected by date range changes/ dropping segments into the panel.
