This exchange is a great place to corral customer comments for Adobe products, however it would be nice to enhance the usability of this application. Currently, it's very difficult to search through all the content before making a post to ensure that it's not a duplicate. Also many of the good ideas have only 1 or 2 promotes and therefore do not seem to get the visibility that others tend to receive. I think more people would be inclined to use this tool if they knew that their idea/comment was reviewed or acted upon (there is some notation about this, but it's still remains difficult to use).
Just as an example, I wanted to make a post about enhanced functionality related to Calendar Events, so I searched on Calendar Events and several items were returned many of which had only 1 or 2 (maybe a few more) promotes and did not have any action associated with them. There was 1 that had 85 promotes and seems to have been implemented, but for the others it's hard to tell what's going on with them.
With advanced functionality and a bit of communication I think this tool would be more robust and adopted by the Adobe customer community.
