Enable more "backend" features in Admin

Every report suite I set up in SiteCatalyst, I need to call support to turn on many features which could be made available through the admin; features such as Hierarchy, Event Serialisation, GeoSegmentation etc.  And I'm sure there's a whole bunch of other settings that we're not aware of either, that with some documentation around the feature could further our optimisation efforts.

If these were all available to the customer to enable, it would surely make our lives easier and cut down on support requests.
