Dynamic Panels

Description - 

A panel that can be updated from one source and used within multiple projects. 

Why is this feature important to you -

Consistency mainly but also for democratisation. Teams will want bespoke projects for their needs but across teams they will have similar questions. For example merchandisers, trading and marketing will want bespoke projects but within each of these projects they want to understand top search terms. The top terms panel is built the same across each project, any breakdowns can be achieved with dropdowns. 

How would you like the feature to work -

Somewhere to build and pull in template panels to quickly build projects. When I update a dynamic panel it updates for all the projects it applies to. 

There could also be the ability to unlock a panel after pulling it in, using it as a starting block.

Each panel within each project is unique
