DWH Scheduling Options Time of day

Can we just add the "Time of day" to the Advanced Delivery Options?

Let’s say I create a new Report on DWH and if I then need to change the Time of day in the same screen no option to do so.

I have to scheduling the report first then back to the Request Manager then I need to click the Edit Schedule to change the Time of day, Usualy set on 3Am.
