Discover and reporting on clicks / exit links

I want an easy and out-of-the-box way to report on how many people click on buttons or exit links on a page.

For example, I want the exit link and click map parameter values to be made available in Discover and to be able to make a report / segment to show me how many people use link XX whilst they were on page YY.

It has been suggested (Thanls Ben Gaines) that perhaps a new container would be appropriate for 'Page Views AND Link Events'.
