Deprecated Netscape Plugins

Since it seems that there is no longer reporting access to the Netscape Plugins data (at least not in Discover or in SiteCatalyst 15) and because this line of code can easily return 250 to 400 bytes per call: It would make sense to give us a way save the overhead from our calls.
