Dashboards - New vs Legacy

I have not been too impressed with the new dashboards in Site Catalyst so I've been using the older dashboards called legacy. The reason why I prefer the older ones is that they are easier to read. For example if you have a page report, products and want to see numbers - its too small to read on the new ones and alot of the names get cut off.

Is there a way to make the new dashboards into the larger report portlets like the older one?
