Customizable Dashboards

Please add:

1. The ability to title sections [or pages]
2. Create custom pages [instead of just 3x3 or 2x2 dashboard size pages]
3. Fluid reportlet viewport

Instead of presenting it all as one long mash up dashboard, it would be nice to update the presentation/layout for users/groups that login, with titles and page breaks or some separation.

3x3 and 2x2 should be customizable to add whatever rows/columns desired. [5x7, 3x5, etc.]

When adding a reportlet , do not cut off data in the reportlet viewport due to size. Either display it all or show a popup or something stating you can only use X columns.
