Cumulative revenue thru most recent hr & same day revenue projections in the Analytics phone app
We currently share a same-day metrics dashboard with our business users (screenshot of revenue module below) which they use frequently to track performance.
In the Analytics phone app, metrics by hour are compared vs the previous day and 1 week prior in a graphical format. Our business partners have requested that cumulative revenue $ through the most recently completed hour is surfaced on the chart itself, and compared to the comparable timeframe for the previous day and 1 week prior.
example:
selected day through 8 am $20K
previous day through 8 am $10K
1 week prior through 8 am $10K
In addition, our business partners have requested a projection for today's demand based on the % var to the previous day and 1 week prior. Competitive web analytics product packages have this functionality.
