Column Heading to be Freezed in Workspace

Column heading in Workspace should be freezed once user clicks on it so that it becomes easier to click on 'I' and 'settings' icon. Right now, sometimes its so difficult to click on these icons if there are multiple columns and due to which full column items are not visible.

For example, in below case its very difficult to click on 'settings' and 'I' icon, however slow I hover on the column.
