Collaborative dashboards

This is not a must have but it would be a nice to have.  Power users tend to set dashboards for the regular users then the latter come back to the former for help or review.  Each time, we need to share and copy dashboard.  It is possible to share a common login for this purpose of course but it is adding extra complexity for the users.  Could it be possible to have collaborative dashboards eg "team dashboards" where a group of dedicated users could all access and edit directly?
