Creating a segment that uses "starts with" rather than "equals" and having approximately 100 rules to set up this way on different dimensions, I'm really wishing I could change all of the "equals" at once!

Do you want an option like "starts with any of"?

Oops, I marked your reply as correct.

Sort of!

At some point in the past 6 months I figured out you can hold ctrl and drag the container down to copy the settings so that makes things slightly easier, I can just ctrl + drag to retain the 'contains' setting and enter the next value.

But what I really wanted here is to use the drop-down options that "equals" provides (so I can easily confirm they exist) and then to swap every one en masse to "starts with" or "contains" to ensure my segment (in this case URL) contains all variations (in this case with query params)

"equals any of" doesn't have drop-downs, so it's hard to ensure you're using correct values.
