Bulk editing of scheduled projects and reports

Functionality to be able to bulk edit scheduled project and report dates would be a useful tool.

Currently we're communicating over 500 reports monthly so the ability to bulk edit dates, rather than manually updates these at the end of the 12 month expiry would be valuable.
