Break down mobile devices by java script enabled

We want to break down in DW, Discover, Etc. which of our mobile devices are using a browser that is js enabled vs. which are not.  We udnerstand (see ticket : 120430-000117) that Omniture doesn't check Java Script capability on a mobile device.  Now that more mobile devices accept JS, we want to know of those visiting mobile devices visiting our site, what % have JS.  We were confused because we were seeing JS=0 on most reports.
