There are times where a deployment is scheduled and we need to analyze performance before and after the specific date.  I'd like the ability for the rolling date range to apply backwards, so I can create a range for the time prior to deployment as well that is reflective of the days currently used in the rolling date range after.  So as I move two days away from the deployment, the backward range would include the two days prior for accurate comparison.

In addition to this, it would be nice if there was a setting that allowed for comparison date ranges to auto-update to span the same # of days as the selected reporting period range.

For example, if we select a reporting period range of one month (e.g. Feb 2018), then the comparison time period date range would auto-update to span the entire prior month period (e.g. Jan 2018). Then we update the reporting period to range 2 weeks, (e.g. he first 2 weeks of Feb 2018), then the comparison time period would auto-update to be the 2 weeks prior the start of our 2 week reporting period date range (e.g. the last 2 weeks of Jan). Then if we update the reporting period to be 1 day (e.g. yesterday), then the comparison time period would auto-update to be 1 day prior the reporting period date (e.g. 1 day before yesterday).

I strongly support the "previous period" time range based on the current panel date start/end and duration (and not today's date)

For the Adobe crew, please find here a list of similar submissions (to add to the votes on this one):

Time ranges calculated from selected date

Analysis Workspace: Include 'Project End Day' in Custom Time Periods (4 votes)

Define a new date range : Same Time Last Year (submitted as question)

Improve time comparison reports (46 votes - it was open for old style Reports)

Dynamic date ranges (5 votes)

Date Range relative to project's date range (2 votes)

Ability to Use "User Selected Panel Date and Date Range" as Variable for Custom Date Range or Segmen... (2 votes)

Previous Year - Month to Date (20 votes)

Thanks!
