Analysis Workspace: Flow visualizations, exclude reloads

There are already lots of ideas for flow visualizations, but I guess not direct idea for this one? This is so important that I want to make own idea for this one. Give us setting in flows to exclude reloads.

If user makes entry to homepage and refresh the page and after that goes to product page, nowadays flow would look like this:

homepage -> homepage -> product page
But with exclude setting it would be much more useful and readable:
homepage -> product page.

Ben commented on other "channel" that this should be fixed on the next release. My guess is the next release is at the end of January, correct?

Ps. there is even bigger problem with flows, but luckily there is already own idea for that one in here: http://ideas.omniture.com/t5/Idea-Exchange-for-Adobe/Analysis-Workspace-Text-Expansion-Tex t-Wrapping-for-Flow-reports/idi-p/15598

No I agree.  The current Flow is not useful to any stakeholder as it counts reloads.  The questions stakeholder ask is "how did people find page X" or "where did people go after seeing Page Y".  They never ask "how many times does this page gets reloaded".  I woudl like to confirm that @Antti comment that this will be fixed in the next release.

@Antti @arwith: Update on this. Unfortunately, it will not be fixed this month as we had hoped. We need to do some additional work on the backend to support removing reloads/duplicates. This remains a high priority for us to get into the product ASAP.

Thanks for the heads up, great to hear it is still high priority. To be honest, because of the truncation of page names, we are not using this feature very much, but glad to see that you are tackling both issues in the near future.

Thanks Ben.  Agree, we are not using the feature as the data is deamed as unreliable and confusing for the stakeholders.  But I am glad to see that this remains a high priority.

@bengaines, does removing reloads also include adding an "Entry Paths Only" option?

I ask because that filter is really valuable in Next Page Flow when looking at home and campaign landing pages.

Flagging as a duplicate of Analytics Workspace Flow chart: remove page reloads - show your support by upvoting there!
