Allow clever SAINT FTP upload to single account

Allow admins to upload arbitrary SAINT files to a single FTP account.

If you have 200 report suites with different campaign files, you would need to create 200 FTP accounts to upload to. Just make a predefined file naming and accept these files in a single account.

e.g. RSID_variable_overwriteconflicts_exportafterimport.tab, so mysuite1_v0_true_true.tab would classify campaigns in mysuite1 and mysuite2_v0_true_false.tab would classify the campaigns in mysuite2.
