Allow all Analytics users to Edit & Save As Calculated Segments and Metrics

Today, only admins and segment managers can edit segments.

When training others, it is SO helpful to show them how existing segments are built. The preview feature on the (i) icon does not always show all the detail needed. Many times the best way to learning and customizing is building off of someone else's work. 

Request: Allow all users to edit and "save as" any existing custom calculated segment/metric

Current flow:

- User finds a product view segment

- User would like to build on the product view segment for products they focus on 

- User can not see all information in existing segment, so they have to guess or ask an admin

- User has to manually create a new segment and look back at what they can see in the shared segment, leaving lots of room for error

Expected flow:

- User finds a shared and approved product view segment

- User would like to build on the product view segment for products they focus on

- User can click edit, add product qualifiers, and only sees the option to "save as" which saves a local copy to their account

Hi!

There is a permission option that does not make a user an admin but allows them to edit and save custom metrics and segments.   You can add this permission to your base profile.   We've done that and I have been training users with no  issue, having then go in and edit and "save as" their own custom segments or metrics.
