Allow administrator to enable pathing and merchandising eVar in a limit way

Administrator should be able to do some of the following things, because it frustrated me that as a heavy user, I need to contact clientcare for these little things.

Enable Pathing

Enable Merchandising eVar

Hide a report suite

Enable Marketing Channel report

I understand there are processing time/resource concern for things like pathing and Merchandising eVar, so perhaps just allow us of up to 10 prop for pathing, and 10 eVars for merchandising per report suite.
