Adobe Launch - Ability to Set s.linkName in Custom Code Block

I have been working with support to determine whether or not the inability to set s.linkName in the custom code section of a rule is by design or is a bug.  Engineering came back and said that the functionality is by design but everyone I have discussed this with on Adobe's side has agreed that they would expect that if s.linkName is dynamically set in the custom code section, then the value from the input for link name should be overwritten.  Currently that is not the case, but I am hoping we can get that functionality added for use cases where this is necessary.
