Currently, the above functionality is only available under Key Metrics report. However, most reports would benefit from such a simple toggle as the only way to compare logarithmic or scalar data today is to do a dump into Excel. It's a total waste of time when it's a quick co-relation that one's after (and Key Metrics is great for that).
Also, make 'Normalize' a "remembered" or an optional default setting for reports.
