Add Instances Metric to Hierarchy Reports

Instances are available on most traffic reports now in SC15, but I don't see them as available in hierarchy reports.  Adding instances would be more consistent with how other traffic reports work when tracking non-page view activity rather than incrementing the hierarchy views metric.
