Add 'Instances' as metrics in Data warehouse for Custom links and Exit Links

I cannot find 'Instances' as metrics while generating a Custom Links or Exit Links report in data warehouse. Am I missing something or is this metrics really not available for DW? I feel this is a mandatory metrics in DW. Could you please add this in your future releases?
