Add eVar serialization to eVar settings

So it is possible to serialize events:

But it is not possible to do it through the AA interface; we still need to make a request to Adobe Analytics for this.  It seems odd to me that we still need to contact CC for this, when event serialization was added to the interface. 

 

So, how about we get this added?

Good suggestion, @_josh. Just for some background, When we improved admin controls last year, we started with the most used features. eVar serialization is very lightly used, so it didn't make the cut. But I will follow up with our engineering team to see how easily it might be added. Thanks for submitting!
