Ability to restrict Admin access to specific report suite(s)

Sometimes we work with external clients/ vendors/ cunsultants to whom we might want to give Admin access to. It would be great if we could restrict admin previleges to specific report suites rather than the entire suite.

Hi Sudheer,


Except user management, almost all other Admin tasks can be controlled via groups.


  • Go to Admin >> User Management >> Groups >> Add New User Group
  • Give a Group Name (e.g. Admin Access Only)
  • Include the reprot suites that you wish to have Admin Access
  • Under Report Access, select your relevant options for all report groups but for 'Admin Console'.
  • For Admin Console, select 'Customize' and enable the options that you want your users to have accessAdmin Console.png
  • Add your users as Group Members
  • These users will have access to Admin console, but they can access only the selected reprot suites.
