I really like rule builder and was quite pleased when it was introduced into omniture --
but, i find its inability to move the rules around, or copy them into another rule set quite restraining.
rules may be added over time, but to be able to group them so that they are easier to read, would be quite beneficial.
currenlty, the only way to do this would be to recreate the rules in the desired order.
I think this would be quite an easy change to implement - and would enhance the user experience 2-fold.
