Created Conversion Classification but not showing in rule builder

Hey guys, I'm a bit lost here. I've made a classification in Report Suite Manager, however when I click on the 'Set Classification As' dropdown box to use the classification rule builder, it does not appear to be there to choose from. I thought it might be a matter of time, so I have been waiting for an hour, and nothing has come up.  Does something go wrong? The Order Journey Page is the one that appears on the right side of the screen.
