We have few buttons on our webpage. When "documentContentLoaded" event is fired, we are assigning event listener to the buttons. We have added target script in the head section and our client library is near the closure of body tag. Sometimes, target script is loading before our client and vice versa. When our client library is loaded before target script, event listeners get assigned to the buttons. Then target script loads which replaces HTML body with a new body. This deletes old buttons and adds the same buttons again. Due to this, event listeners aren't working. This doesn't happen if target scripts loads before our client library. What is a possible solution to load target script before client library.

Is there any way in Assets to know if the metadata was updated or the binary was uploaded?The current use case is we are integrating with third parties with Adobe assets.  This is the second or third time for this ask by a client. One other use case was for approval workflows where a curtain approver was only needed to approve on a binary change not a metadata changes.  Within the Asset node structure there does not seem to be a way to identify if the metadata or original rendition changes because an entire new node structure is create as the old structure is versioned away.  I have checked the version history structure as well which did not have anything I found useful. 

I'm sending out batch emails to a specific target list that I import myself. When ever a client opens the email- I want to send a triggered email to one salesperson. In the triggered email, I want to include the email address of the person who clicked on the batch email. I've tried using different tokens but nothing works. Is this function even available in Marketo or is the smart campaign set up wrong? Please advise See screenshots.

Hi,Is there a way to prevent seed addresses from going into quarantine?We are using different seed groups between deliveries. sometimes a specific seed address has email but missing a mobile. when using this seed group in SMS deliveries those seeds without mobile are going into quarantine.If in the future we want to add a mobile number we also need to remember checking if they are quarantined and remove them if they are.That happens quite a lot since we have a lot of seeds who want to get SMS only on specific occasions.I tried using typology rules to filter out seed addresses without mobile from SMS channel but the filtering typology seems to work only on recipients.Does anyone have an idea?Thanks a lot,Sagi

I need to give a user with limited access (non-admin acct) to AEM access to package manager.I have given access to:- /libs/cq/core/content/nav/tools/deployment- /libs/cq/core/content/nav/tools/deployment/packages- /etc/packages/my_packagesI can see Deployment > Packages menu option which allows me to view the crx/packmgr page.After going through the steps of package creation, this new package is not listed. Admin user can see the new package.Can you please help?Thanks

So how do I find out the price of this product instead of wasting my time? My role privileges on our Sandbox instance doesn't allow me to go to Account Settings to grab the RTP tag for Web Personalization needs. I believe the Munchkin ID would be the only dynamic variable to replace in the RTP JS. Or, are there any other variables? Is there a way to get the boilerplate JS and just replace the dynamic variables and deploy it on the target?Pl help. Thanks!

Hi guys,Recently, I usually found an issue with AEM 6.4 instances. Sometimes I can not start the instances because of the error as below:*ERROR* [qtp1120022051-69] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingHttpContext handleSecurity: AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request.We checked in the host:port/system/console/jmx and found that com.adobe.granite repository didn't appear. I tried to delete the index folder in repository/ and start again but AEM instance still appear same error.I tried these steps in below links, but I can not find out any information about latest good revision. So that I can not delete any row in journal.log file.Fix Inconsistencies in the repository when SegmentNotFound Issue is reported in AEM 6.x Please tell me is there any way to check and restore the instance again.In case that if I can not restore it, could you please tell me there is any way how to copy the configuration files and content from the dead instance to the new one.Thanks,Any a

Hi,In our project in AEM, we have created one component that takes an email address and clicking button (Sign-Up) sends mail to that particular address.We have customer requirement, that on clicking the Sign-Up button one user profile should be created in Adobe Campaign based on email-id.Question: Using AEM service is it feasible to create users profile in Adobe Campain? Hello community, I'm working on aem 6.4, and even though layout mode works and I'm able to re size images and components, resizing shows a weird behavior in wich sometimes it resize the images or components not at the expected column size, or some times it does not re size's them, and it takes several tries to achieve the desired size. This happens in all the pages and with all components. Any idea what may be causing this?

I do not know if this is an Adobe Campaign issue, but we haven't been able to figure this out internally yet. Also, I am an Analytics expert, not Campaign, so hopefully I can explain this properly and get some feedback as to what might be happening.The links in our marketing emails are being designed with the correct URL, www.companyname.com followed by tracking parameters. But once it lands in the inbox, if you hover over those same links, the url has changed to t.my.companyname.com followed by tracking parameters. This is causing all of our email links to redirect through this unknown vanity url, and then hit our site, with the tracking parameters not fully intact. Has anyone seen this before? Is it a Campaign setting? Is it a browser issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,I've followed lots of tutorials and was able to configure the Contexthub.I've created a Store, Ui Modes, then created Audiences (segments), Activities.I've configured the Personalisation tab on Page Properties, pointing to my customized context hub configuration folder.I am able to see the "Targeting" mode while editing a page and have successfully configured different layout configuration depending on the selected audience (segment).But when I click the Preview Mode or when I click to view the Published page, it is not working as intended. It always show the default layout.If I go back to the Personalisation tab and instead of choosing my customized context hub configuration folder, If I choose the folder of the default legacy one, the segmentation actually works as intended, but I loose all the authoring functionallity of Ui Modes.Anyone knows what I am doing wrong?
