Hi,I have created a 3 track (early, mid, late) nurture campaign and am struggling with the transition rules.  What I hope to acheive is that when content is exhausted in one stream, the lead will automatically be moved to the next stream.  I am sure this is a simple one, any help would be appreciated.ThanksJason

Hello,I am a new Marketo user, who came from using Eloqua in my past role.  Trying to figure out the Engagement Program streams, and I am stumped on the cadence piece.  I want to set the cadence for my first stream at 48 hours between emails, but I only see weekly or monthly options.  I saw an earlier post that said this was possible, but I didn't see any instructions on how to do this.If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.

When you clone a program, why do the URLs for the new landing pages "build" on top of the last set of URLs?  For example, for my webinar template, the end of the registration page URL looks like this:/Webinar-CleanTemplate_Registration.htmlWhen I cloned the program template to create a new webinar, the new registration page URL looks like this:/WebinarIFRS13092613_Webinar-CleanTemplate_Registration.htmlThe new webinar title/name is thrown at the beginning, but the old webinar title/name remains in the URL. So, I have to go into each one and clean it up.  Why doesn't this just change/update automatically through cloning?  Is there something I need to do in the cloning process to help this happen correctly?  

Is there a way to define Flow actions based on multiple conditions such as "If Score > X" AND "If Member of List Y", then <do blah>?From what I can see, I must define separate Smart Campaigns that filter out audiences in the Smart List, then define Flow actions based on single conditions. That seems rather clunky for maintenance.Any insights much appreciated.

Hi,I am swamped with email requests at the moment and find myself going back-and-forth with what email templates would work best for what emails.Do any of you have a good way you list/display email templates to co-workers so that they can just pick from the very beginning and not have to keep creating new emails with different templates?Thanks!

Is there a way to report on how many leads are being passed from Inside Sales to Outside Sales each month if you don't have Revenue Cycle Analytics? We have our RCM set up but I can't see how to get the data we need out of it. Thanks!

From my understanding the 'Lead Score' is made up of a lead's 'Behavioral Score' and 'Demographic Score.'  Does this mean that a +5 'Demographic Score' and a +10 'Behavioral Score' would increase a lead's 'Lead Score' by +15?I have the Spark edition of Marketo.  Is there a resource that explains the scoring difference between what Spark offers compared to the editions with 'Advanced Lead Scoring?' 

We have built out an engagement program and are going to be setting up some linkedin advertising that's going to go to a stand alone landing page. We want anyone who converts on that landing page to go into the engagement program. For reporting purposes should we be building the landing page assets (forms, landinge pages etc) inside of the engagement program or should this be it's own standalone program that we could report on seperately and set up one smart campaign inside our engement program to listen and grab anyone who converts on the landing page?

Hi there,I am slowing working my way through the learning process, and though I completed the Drip, Drip, Nurture leaning activity: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L7cYI am not sure I understand stream Cadence....Lets say I put 3 emails in the stream - are these three emails supposed to be different (ie person A gets email 1, person B gets email 2 etc) OR are they supposed to be sequencial (ie person A gets email 1, then 2 and so on down the list).Assuming they are sequential, does "Repeats" mean that, if I choose "weekly", email 1 goes out week 1, email 2 goes out week 2 and so on, until they end of the stream - and then the correspondence stops sending altogether?Thank you, and appologies for being so green!

For a survey campaign we sent out yesterday (9/26/2013) the links to the survey (when sent from Marketo) appear to have been malformed. I've been getting Marketo emails for webinar invitations and such at one email address. Then when I go to the form, my other email address that I originally put in a form is automatically populated so that I can get my reminders and thank you emails at the second email address. How are you able to do that exactly? Does Marketo have multiple keys on contacts?

I am on step 5.2 of the integrating with Salesforce tutorial, but find when I click on the "User License" drop down menu, I am not given the option of choosing "Salesforce" as instructed.Here is a screengrab showing the menu as I see it:Wondering if I've missed a step, and looking for guidence.

We have an engagement program that is set up with three streams of content. We have a bucket of data that we are going to try to re-activate as part of this program however we don't want to put them into a stream unless they click on a link in an email we will be sending them out. Should this smart campaign sit inside of the engagement program or should we have this outside of the engagement program with a smart campaign inside the program to trigger any clicked on link to drop the lead into a stream?

Hi,Are communication limits INCLUDED in the blocked number shown in the Schedule tab?... or are they separate and you don't know until you send and look at the email stats?

Noticing that are hard bounces are substantial with every campaign we send out.  Does Marketo flag these automatically so that we do not resend another email to this group? When I pulled some of the records, it looks like some are marked, and others are not.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,Has anyone started to use the SyncCustomObjects SOAP API function? I have a quick question related to custom objetcs that originate from Salesforce. If we insert a new custom object, attached to a lead, will this custom object be also inserted in SFDC? Will this happen during the regular sync and/or when a "sync lead to SDFC" flow action is triggered?Thanks for your help on this.Best regards,Greg

I'm running an engagement program and the casts are set up for every 4 weeks on Wednesday.I'd actually like it to run every week on Wednesday so that any new members of the program get an email the first Wednesday that they are in the program. However, I do not want members of the program to receive emails every week. I'd like them to receive emails every 4 weeks.Any ideas on how to make this happen?Thanks!

I'm sure someone has run into this before: You buy a list and are allowed to use that list x number of times for sending emails. After that, you need to suspend all marketing to that list unless:1. You already had that contact in your DB before you purchased the list OR2. The contact responds positively to your marketingdoes Marketo have any build in functionality to handle this common situation, and if not how have people handled this?Thanks for your thoughts and advice in advance!Jim

Forgive me if this isn't the right venue to pose this question. I'm new to the Marketo world - have posted over on SFDC community too. Appreciate any insight from you veterans!We're using Marketo to assign lead owners based on web visitors selection from a drop down list on a form (things like Sales Inquiry, Media Inquiry).  Everything has been working great until suddenly there's a Marketo action after the SFDC sync that is reassigning the lead. It creates the Task, Sync Lead Updates to SFDC, but then goes to Change Data Value > Changed Lead Sales Owner from StafferA to StafferB.  I haven't added this as a flow step in Marketo - and when I click in on it the reason given is  "Synched from salesforce.com - fixup Lead Owner."  We are not using lead assignment rules in SFDC yet, so I don't know why this step is now appearing. I've checked all field level permissions and Marketo still has access to everything.  Anyone run into this? Searched articles and discussions but d

We are setting up an email program in Marketo that will be sent out to a large list of new leads. The email will drive leads to a landing page with a form to fill out. This program is synced to SFDC - the catch is, we only want to sync members who have completed the form to SFDC. In some preliminary tests, it seems like every lead we add to the invitee static list gets synced to SFDC automatically (and not by a Smart Campaign).Is there a way to "isolate" leads who haven't completed the form so that they are only synced to SFDC when they fill out the form? Ideally, we would want to keep them within the same program.Any ideas?

We haven't been using the campaign sync with our programs. We are just in the process of revising our channel tags and progression steps and are looking at using the sync to SFDC campaign. Would love to get any feedback or tips moving forward with this features. Specifically if there are any particular issues we need to be aware of and avoid.Also looking for some guidance on naming conventions, should be have the same naming conventions in SFDC and Marketo - eg should our program name have the same naming conventions in both systems.
