Wondering if I am doing something wrong, pretty standard smart lists we use every Monday not generating this week and creating huge time delays on our email sends.Anyone with similar pain this week? Any work around ideas?THANK YOU!

After using DPS 2015  intensely, I've found that one of the more difficult things is losing track of which card, collection, or layout I'm editing at the moment. When I click on a card to edit it, I know at that moment which card it is of course, but as I plow through all the options for the card, it is easy to forget which card i'm working on, especially if I'm interrupted. It would be great if at the top of the screen (perhaps right next to the "Card properties", "Collection properties", or "Layout Properties" indicator that is displayed in the upper-left corner of the screen) the Title of the card, collection, or layout being edited were displayed. This would be really helpful.

I'm adding programs to a Nurture Stream and have a quick question on the Member of Engagement Program Smart Campaign.Smart List: Member of Engagement Program true; Program IS __________Flow: Add to Engagement Program ________, Stream _________         Send Email _____________My question is, does the "Send Email" need to be a part of the flow, or will the program automatically send out the email in the Engagement Stream?Just wondering for the sake of not being redundant.Thanks!

Hello,We're inspecting the Adobe Publish services SDK v0.1 a php server of Direct Entitlement API, and I'm trying to invoke the pages store_product_list.php and fulfillment_url.php, I know that I need configure some values in the publishSDK/configuration/credentials.php they are: client_id, client_secret, client_version, device_token and device_id. We are under the Guid 151987042e8e4f93b078cecc84a17d3b and our user is webmasters@edglobo.com.br. Could you tell us either how can we fill these values or if there is any useful documentation about that.Thanks.

Normally, a two finger pinch on an article returns the user to the browse page for the collection the article is in. Alternatively, the user can tap to reveal the title bar, and and the name of the collection is tappable in the upper-left corner of the screen.However, if you have buttons that link between articles in a collection, and the user taps one of the buttons, the name of the collection in the title bar is replaced by "Back", so that the user can return to where they came from. But if you've followed several "jumps" this way by clicking on 4 buttons, for example, the user needs to tap "Back" 4 times before they can tap on the name of the collection to return to the browse page. Also, when a link is followed in this manner, the 2 finger pinch does nothing.It is critical that a folio-type of experience still be possible in DPS 2015...and this can ALMOST be done simply by creating a collection with multiple articles. We created a champion/challenger subject line test. We got stats for the Champion, but  zero opens, clicks, unsusbcribes for the Challenger. We spit the list so it was 50% Challenger and 50% Champion.Could that be right? Any ideas what's going on? 

I have a lot of programs that I no longer use. Is there a better way to archive these besides dragging them to an archive folder? 

I just began downloading and using the Guided Landing Pages. They are very easy, which is awesome for someone like me with only basic HTML knowledge. The only problem I see is that they are displaying differently depending on the browser. It looks great in Chrome and Firefox, but IE causes the logo to look pixelated and a arrow image from Design Studio to almost disappear. Can anyone shed light on what's causing the issues in IE? I've built an iOS app that has a handful of provisioned devices assigned within the Apple Developer Center. Do I need to build a new app if I want to add additional provisioned devices to the list, or does that just get controlled and pushed from the Developer site?

Hi I had setup a smart campaign with multi flow step and wait step.e.g. 1.wait till 1st July 2.send email 13.wait July 14th4. send email 2Now the first email has been launched and there seems to be an issue. Therefore I have aborted the entire campaign.Does that mean this campaign will flow through step 3 & 4. or does is stops at step 2 and gets aborted.Can someone please advicethanksBamah

I'm not finding any of my bookmarks from the old community. Please tell me those weren't lost in the transition.

Our Lead Lifecycle program changes the lead's "Lifecycle Status", and the Revenue Model itself has transition rules based on "Lead Lifecycle Status = XX". But I'm seeing that leads are not actually moving through the revenue model as they should. Do we have to somewhere manually trigger the Revenue Stage change in the flow? I thought that was the point of the transition rules within the modeler. 

Hi all,I'm setting up some landing pages/forms to invite people to sign up for conference email updates. The LP allows people to sign up for updates on the conference, so that they get the latest developments on the event.A couple questions:- What should the channel be? Right now, I have it as a content channel (we have content, webinar, events, hand-raise, email, email nurture, operational, online advertising)- What should the lead source be? Right now I have it as Website - Content - Email (We don't use lead source in the traditional first touch manner, we use it as "registration source" almost)- Should it be its own program, or can I add it to a larger Email Subscription program? Right now I have it separate to allow for using tokens. We have a parent Email Subscription program that looks for all subscription triggers.Let me know if you need clarification!

Hello,Can we use Beta to create live apps on the Apple App Store?

What makes a lead get flagged with "ExplicitCompanyUpdateNotAllowed" during import? I have only ever dealt with the Invalid email error before. With that error, Marketo still imports the lead, I just have to go back in and fix the emails. But the leads that are flagged with ExplicitCompanyUpdateNotAllowed are not imported, and when examining them, nothing appears to be wrong with the data. Today was the first time I have seen this. 22 records were flagged out of 599.

Currently I am getting an error when trying to sync a program to a SFDC campaign. Has anyone seen this before and is it just an error currently or would it have something to do with the sync user's permissions?

We'd like to create surveys with SurveyMonkey, and track responses in Marketo. It looks like SurveyMonkey isn't fully integrated into Marketo via Launchpoint yet (at least, it isn't as of this discussion in Sept. 2014: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000Pw47AAC), but I'm wondering if using a webhook would be a viable workaround. Has anyone else done this, and will it work?

We had our SFDC sync go down overnight due to a password timeout. We addressed the timeout this morning and leads are now syncing properly but the backlog of overnight leads did not sync. Is there a way to manually sync the leads that had errors overnight? If not, what's the best process to ensure the leads that had errors make it into Salesforce now that the connection is back in place?

I'm working on the card design and have a few questions:First, it's doubling up my metadata. So it shows both the title and article twice in each card. Can't figure out why.Also, I know the Fast Company app was built using DPS(2015). And I'm sure they have fancy-schmancy technical people. But how did they get the vertical transitions on cards so nice? (Like with the triangular bottom and scrolling?) And how do you get the "highlighting" on the title?And a more random question, did I miss how to make this a landscape instead of portrait app, if so desired?

In this doc explaining filtering in the Marketing Calendar, I see entry types "To Do" and "Creative Request", among others: Filtering the Marketing Calendar - Marketo Docs - Product DocsI don't have either of these entry types available in my drop down. How do I get them? And how do I use them within Marketo? I was unaware Marketo could be used to log tasks like this. Thanks!

We had an issue with a Salesforce process our SFDC team built. It incorrectly converted leads to contacts and assigned those contacts to the wrong account - about 2600 leads to be accurate. Now we are faced with the task of trying to get these contacts back to leads. The SFDC Team here has suggested they delete the contacts in salesforce and re-import them as leads. They would be able to re-import the SFDC Activities, so our sales reps won't lose their history. But, what can I do in Marketo?In my understanding, that process will either a) require that we delete the contact records in Marketo as well or B) collect a new duplicate lead to the existing contact. Either way, we lose the historical data in Marketo regarding programs and successes.Is there any solution to this? If the contacts are deleted in SFDC, can we break the records connection between Marketo and Salesforce so these leads can be re-synced to salesforce and create a new lead? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Hi guysDoes the link reference that is in Project Settings of Adobe Publish have to match the Bundle id of your app?I've been trying to upload an app I created in Adobe Publish into iTunes Connect with Application Loader and it's stalling.I've tried a few different things to fix the app and thought that maybe this might be part of the problem?JT
