With the exciting new capability of this platform to have blogs, I'm curious to hear what kind of topics people would like to see covered

I have some programs that I want included in reporting. For example, our Demo Program, Free Trial Program, etc. However, I do not want those programs to be included in the calculations of multi-touch (MT) or first-touch (FT) reporting because they don't really play into marketing's decision on whether or not to continue a program. (We're always going to over a demo and a trial.)Currently I have these programs set up without a cost, but I've changed the setting to "inclusive" meaning that even without a period cost, I want them included in reports. My questions:1. Since they are set to inclusive, does that mean they are even included in MT and FT reports? 2. If so, is there a way that I can exclude these programs from MT and FT, but not from the rest of my reporting?Thanks so much!

Looking for a best practice regarding blacklisted leads that become after the fact. I was thinking along the lines of if a lead is blacklisted let's say one year ago. Would it be sufficient to have a smart campaign with the parameters: Blacklisted = True AND Clicks Link in any email. Then the flow would be to send an internal alert. What else would be some appropriate smart list criteria?Thoughts?Thanks,Derrick

Hello!I was wondering if someone knew the difference between reports in marketing activities and in analytics?From what I am seeing, you can create some reports under a specific program in Marketing Activities, and you can also create some in Analytics. Hi all,We work with a consulting agency and they have said rich text tokens are buggy. I have read on the community that Marketo doesn't like nested tokens. Other than that, I have not found any issues with rich-text tokens. Does anyone have any problems using rich text tokens? I am just using them for text/links on emails/LPs.Thanks!

I am trying to share with our web team how to A/B test landing pages in Marketo. I want to show them the step-by-step process and how easy it can be. I have searched Marketo, and have seen some guides for email, but nothing for landing pages. Does anyone know if such a step-by step guide, preferably with screenshots, exists?

I looked around in the beta user guide and quickstart guide, but I did not found any information regarding the system requirements whether for iOS, Android or Windows Mobile.From what we noticed with my colleagues, iOS 7 is not supported, which leaves out around 15-20% of iOS users.On Android, considering the natural fragmentation of this ecosystem supporting only the latest version of the OS would be even more difficult to understand.Is there any more info regarding this matter to be found somewhere?

It would be good if you could restrict either horizontal or vertical (or both) swiping. Sometimes i want people to swipe down, but force them to go back to the contents if they, for example, reach the end of a vertical set of pages, rather than then swipe left or right and navigate to a page where i don't want them to go. Hopefully this is something that can be introduced in the 2015 DPS release?

I'm trying to figure out what lead fields are out of the box with Marketo.  What fields come with every Marketo instance?  I can't seem to find anything besides Last Name and Email address.

We have migrated some collections to DPS 2015. One of the things we notice is how slow the new viewer opens every article.In the current viewer, you can browse trough the whole edition (30-50 articles) really fast just a short time after the initial download has started.In the new viewer, every article takes time downloading, giving the reader the feeling he is in a really slow app. And the limitation of only downloading the next four articles isn't really helping.An ordinary edition of 30-50 articles is usually between 20 and 40 megabytes, so download time itself should not be the problem.YoursEspen MoeDN
