Hi,I tried to import the site (developed in sharepoint) in to adobe CQ5.4.I tried blank canvas template initially. But I can not find the blank canvas template. Is there any document regarding how to get the blank canvas template?( I am following http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6/wcm/campaigns/landingpages.html). Then i tried site importer. I followed the document http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/developing/site_importer.html. Import component is not enabled.How i can enable that?Is there any prerequisite for importing the site. I  am very new to Cq5. Can you help me to resolve the problem.ThanksRG

Hi thereI'm having a problem with the cache invalidation on our dispatcher server. When I change the cropping of an image in one of our pages and then activate it, the image won't show the new cropped style on the website. Was looking at the sample Hobbes tests that come with the example project from new AEM6 eClipse tooling.A couple of the tests navigate to a location, assert that location was reached, and finally that a component is visible on that page. That test PASSED E.g. :-.addTestCase(new hobs.TestCase("Navigate to french page") .navigateTo("/content/aem6test29/fr.html") .asserts.location("/content/aem6test29/fr.html", true) .asserts.visible(".servicecomponent", true) );What I then did was delete the fr.html page and re-ran the test. Sure enough it failed BUT, only because the assert relating to the servicecomponent failed and NOT the assert.location.Curious, I removed the servicecomponent assertion so I just have this :-.addTestCase(new hobs.TestCase("Navigate to french page") .navigateTo("/content/aem6test29/fr.html") .asserts.location("/content/aem6test29/fr.html", true) )This test PASSED even though in the preview pane it clearly shows a 404 ??Is the expected model for writing Hobbes tests th

Hi,   We have a custom widget created and this is used in one of the tabs in the page properties. While trying to open the page properties from the siteadmin we are seeing the below JS Error."Uncaught cannot create Component: xtype 'custommultifield' not found and no default supplied " We have added the dependency to the cq.widget clientlib category as mentioned in the link: Custom JS widget not loaded on siteadmin page | Adobe CommunityBut still the error does not go away. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and Regards,Anoop Kumar

hi i created some custom page properties . i can able to finding those properties in AEM 6.0 classic view but those are not appearing on  AEM 6.0 new UI..The new UI showing  only two tabs called basic and advance.

We're having a hard time finding the cause of a strange problem.  After we have enabled SSL on our publish instance, the error handler is page for 404s is behaving in a weird fashion: the JSP is receiving the original request, but the protocol is "httpss" (yes, another 'S', this is not a typo)Have you ever seen something like this? I mean, the error handler mechanism is Sling and we haven't tampered with it other than enabling our own 404.jsp in /apps/sling/servlet/errorhandlerAgain, if I inspect, inside the 404 JSP, the request URL:request.getRequestURL().toString();the URL protocol is httpss://..Thanks you.JS.

On a publish server, is there any Sling event you can listen to for receiving replication data??The sling ReplicationAction only seems to fire on the source server (not the target).Thanks!

I have a weird issue where the reverse replication test works once I set up the agent. Hi,I have html code for my site (already implemented using share point). I would like to change it in to adobe cq5. Can i use that html for that. I have all the css files . I tried rich text editor since it provide option for souce editing. I followed  http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/configuring_rich_text_editor.html. Created one node edit. But its not working. I can not give html in the editing window. Does my approach is correct?Thanks,RG

When a page (http://localhost:4502/content/geometrixx/en.html) is opened in author mode with content finder, JS and CSS files are loaded twice.Granite, foundation, personalization JS and CSS files.e.g /etc/clientlibs/granite/jquery/granite.js/etc/clientlibs/foundation/shared.js/etc/clientlibs/foundation/personalization/ui.js) Is there any workaround to prevent these files from loading twice.

I cannot get Blueprints to work in AEM 6.I have a site structured as follows:Base Page (base)    Home (en)        Page One (page-one)        Page Two (page-two)If i create the blueprint selecting the base page as the source path and then try to create a site using the "New Site" option in the site manager, I can select the blueprint, but for the next screen, "languages", no options are available and after clicking through all of the next screens, no site is created.Is this a bug?  Am i doing something wrong?Edit: I exported the content and blueprint from AEM 6 into CQ 5.6.1 and the languages and chapters are available to select from.  Looks like this is definitely a bug in AEM 6.

I am working with AEM 6 and having a requirement in which, I have to create a carousel component for touch UI. Feature of this component is author can drag and drop image on each slide and it will be set for that particular slide. For achieving this feature, I am trying to use cq:dropTargets node with multiple drop targets for slide1, slide2. Problem with this approach is that when I am dropping a image on any of the slide, It is updated for all drop targets. I want to know how to use multiple drop targets in AEM6. RegardsAnkur Chauhan

HiHow would it be possible to automatically migrate old to new websites under the following criterias with CQ5:- The old websites can be accessed only by clicking each hyperlink in a html table individually. - The old websites have no common html code and only consist of random project id's in the adress bar. For Example: Some id's are 100,101 then others 1567).- The only common parameter of each old website are the first 5 letters of each old website's header class.  For Example: <span class="heading0">Example for Header of old Websites</span>So the question: Is this possible to achieve only inside core CQ5? I'm trying to understand more about how the "cq-Overlay"-divs work, so when I have a component and hover over or click it in edit mode I see a blue border. How does the overlay determine what dimensions it has?For my particular case, I have the problem that the edit overlay is way larger than the actual component, so where ever I click on the page it enables this component. There's no HTML errors, all divs are properly closed and when I inspect the element with Chrome Dev Tools it has just the right size... // Edit: to narrow it down further, it seems this only happens when the component is included directly in the page template as a resource [1]. Not to go off-topic too much, but I also have another issue with this: The dialog does not open (error 400) since the resource does not exist on the current page. That makes sense as the node with properties 'topbanner' has never been saved. What's a better approach for including components on every page so that the dialog still works even if

Hi All,We got requirement to submit an asset to work-flow from "AEM 6.0 Touch UI". We are not sure how to implement it. With trail and error on [0] we are able to include one new button (next to delete). But "functionality/work-flow Action" we are not able to include.[0]/libs/dam/gui/content/assets/jcr:content/body/assetscontent/header/items/selection/items/We Some show understood how delete functionality is implemented. Tried to mimic the same to implement for work-flow initiation But not succeed.Since AEM 6.0 is new ,We are not sure how this requirement can be implemented.
