HiI am trying to implement DTM with "AA page code already present on page", using the same s_code.js URL as for the present page code. I specify Object name = "s2".Now Event based rules are fired, but it seems that the AA tool settings associated with it are not considered, no beacon is generated neither, while custom JavaScript associated to the same rule is executed just all right.As soon as I uncheck the "AA code present" option, everything works well.Am I missing something?Many thanksMarco

Hello, I am new to DTM and I have set up a few data elements and I need to set the page name on every page but there is no page refresh.  The page names are defined in the data layer.  How do I create a rule, specifically, to capture the page name depending on what it is defined in the data layer?

We are facing some issue regarding the page load rules.Below are the steps we followed:. We created 2 page load rules, and set them to Trigger at "Top of page".. In one rule we added "Sequential Javascript" and in the other we added "Non sequential Javascript".As per DTM documentation, the expectation was "Sequential Javascript" code should have always executed before the "Non sequential javascript".However, this is showing random behavior, sometimes the sequential javascript rule gets executed before the non-sequential javascript rule; and sometimes the non-sequential javascript rule executes first.What we want to achieve here is to always execute a "Rule 1" first before another "Rule 2". We are creating these rules to trigger at "Top of page".Even if we create both the rules with "Non-sequential javascript", is there any way we can set the order of the rules so that one rule always fires before the other rule.In other words, in what order does DTM will execute 2 rules to be triggered

We have an internal site we are tracking, which is a single page which uses Angular.js framework to change views and content. I've set up some code within Angular to fire the s.t() call every time a "page" displays. The s.t() call works as expected for each 'page' rendered by the Angular code. What I'm running into though is on the initial load of the URL, we are getting two s.t() calls: 1 - A 'generic' call which has no pageName specific data, since that is set within the Angular display code. I'm assuming this is the s.t() triggered by the pageBottom() function. We do not want this as it fires before the Angular code has a chance to build and populate the required values.2 - The s.t() call fired by the Angular code as it is triggered when that code displays the first 'page' content. This is working as expected and is the call we want.Once past the initial page load, only a single s.t() call is being made for each new "page". My question is what is the best way to stop the empty call

Getting started with DTM.  Our legacy analytics implementation (with which I'm only vaguely familiar) is based on s_code.js with the media and integrate modules andsome custom js code we have developed.  We've decided to start using appmeasurement.js and its related sources (for media, integrate and visitor id) for this integration.I've set up the Adobe Analytics tool in a test property and published.  I've looked over the generated javascript code that I am supposed to embed and I don't see anythingthere that looks like it might have come from my 'managed' s_code.  Does DTM re-implement the functionality from which ever s_code-ish code I decide to use?  If so, what isthe purpose of specifying the s_code that is to be used?

Hi,I have recently started using DTM. Overall, the tool gets a double thumbs up! But, I am facing issue in tracking certain exit links. To track this link i have put the event type as 'click' and i have tried putting the tag both as li#careerTool and a.flyoutBtn . I am then clicking on s.tl() exit link and setting the props/evars/events that shall be fired when this event takes place.Upon debugging. In the DTM debugger, DTM tracks a click on A and the rule is fired. In the omnibug/digital pulse, two images are getting fired simultaneously. And is getting doubly recorded in Sitecatalyst as

Hi, I have a page at: http://www.threeekings.com/dtm/demosite/consumerJSON.html There's a data layer with an element 'planCategory'. In the console, I can access the element's value by typing:consumerJSON.planProfiles[0].planCategorywhich returns:"MAPD" But when I try to create a data element to do the same thing, I get empty quotes:_satellite.getVar('planCategory')"" My attempts to create a functioning data element include:- JS Object, with Path = window.consumerJSON.planProfiles[0].planCategory- JS Object, with Path = consumerJSON.planProfiles[0].planCategory- Custom Script, with window.consumerJSON.planProfiles[0].planCategory in the editorSo far, all of the above are giving me_satellite.getVar('planCategory')""or_satellite.getDataElement('planCategory')""in the console Any ideas what I could do differently so that the data element populates with"MAPD" ? Thanks! 

Adobe Analytics now lets you move report suites from one company to another. We're in this situation right now: our company's data is now going to be accessible from our own company's login rather than the agency that introduced us to Adobe. Does anyone know if the same functionality exists for DTM? Or will I have to rebuild all of the profiles, rules, etc. in our own DTM version?thanks!Craig

Hi All,Does anyone know a way the AEM 6 adaptive forms verify component (from the side kick) can be used both to preview a form before submission and in addition if the user identifies an error in their information, they can either edit this information directly in the verify component OR they can click on the error to provide them the opportunity to edit it OR maybe include an edit button as part of the verify component which allows the user to edit individual sections of the form?Thanks,Afam

Hi Folks,The Terms and Conditions Field available out off the box, has a dialog element bindref in the dialog panel named "script".But the Terms and Conditions Field has two fields (a text field for capturing the terms and conditions and a check box field for capturing the acceptance of the terms and conditions by the user) My doubt is which field gets binded to the schema or xfa form model, is it the check box or the text field. Regards -Ashok D

How can I assign the value of a field based on the value of another field. For example if TextField1.value == 1 then this.value = 2.

In Adobe Livecycle the Assign Task and Asign Multiple task activity, we can provide the asset (XFA forms) for rendering as PDF or HTML by changing the action profile. In the existing ES4, we know that if the action profile if set to render the form as HTML, we do not get the pre-fill process output binded to the rendered HTML forms. Now that AEM 6.0 has the forms feature, is it possible to prefill form fields such as drop downs and list boxes with dynamic data from a database? 

Hi,Has anyone tried to use the Submit to Forms workflow submit action to submit the AEM form data to an existing LiveCycle process? When I select the submit to forms workflow option, the action configuration box is inactive and doesn't let me enter in my LiveCycle process REST url. This is on the AEM6 full version product not the BETA version.Also the E-sign component doesn't appear to be fully developed. Can't find a submit action under the EchoSign configuration tab as stated in the Adobe release document.Thanks guys for your previous answers. Found them really helpful.Kind Regards,Afam

The xfa form developed in desiger can be provided as asset to Assign Task activity in livecycle, so that users in workspace can get the PDF/HTML rendered when a task is assigned to them and user actions defined can be captured as TASK RESULT in the output of the assign task activity. Now if the form is submitted from AEM to a long lived livecycle process and assigned to a user, is it possible to get the same look and feel of AEM form when the form is opened by the user in workspace (i.e., is it possible to rendere the AEM Form as asset to the Livecycle Assign Task Activiy), is yes.. then how can it be done? Regards -Ashok D

I am wondering how to embrace the CQ social collaboration further and if you had any examples of dynamic interactive/blog pages or templates created with CQ5? Specifically, I am looking at integrating comments after each post, various authors and photos per post, social media feeds, etc. It should be more dynamic than the current blog template.Looking forward to your insights. Marina

the new responsive custom component created is overlapping with the other components. please see the screenshot. any help much appreciated.slightly adjusting the window height fixes the issue. but on page load its always overlapping.

Hi Folks,Using the Java API for AEM Forms output services (documentation available at http://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/javadocs/com/adobe/fd/output/api/OutputService.html) I am able to create the Postscript document. The problem I am facing is that, I do not know how to handle the Postscript returned to the browser. Hi,I would like to populate a second dropdown box (cq widget, eg xtype="selection") dynamically based on what was selected from the first dropdown via a component's dialog.xml.  How do I do this in AEM 6?For example, I have a country dropdown box, when you select say, Australia, the second dropdown box would populate the states available for Australia.  This is only an example, but hope you know what I mean.

Hi Folks,I have a livecycle process that expects a input xml as shown in the attached process diagram. I got to pass the xml value from my AEM Form to this Livecycle process on the click of a button (named downloadPDF).
