AEM default form component

Hi Guys,

I need your help here...

In default CQ form component, there is function called "Action type"...In action type, it is possible to combine "store content" and "mail" actions together and make it one selection.That means when submit a form the data should store in usergenerated's folder(CQ) and also send a mail with the same data by click one "Submit" button.
