I wanted to understand better how best to manage Document workflow using AEM forms 6.1, where one user needs to complete some content on the form, then send it off to another for further updates, etc...  where is the document stored as it's proceeding through the workflow? What is the user security model for participants in that document workflow process?

Hi,When user click on event based on href value need to find the Internal link or external link.In AppMeasurements i configured below settings in DTM .s.trackExternalLinks=true;s.linkInternalFilters='javascript:,dominname.com';Still i am not able to track the external links . Hi, I am using DTM to track exit links and I have "Track Outbound LInks" checked in the Link Tracking tab and also added my site.org in the "Never Track" box. In the dtm documentation it says to add # to the domain url which i did. i.e.I added my.site.com/# but i can see these Internal Links captured in the Exit Links Report. Do I remove the # or what do I need to do to stop this happening?I don't have any Link Tracking code in my s_code Library so that rules out any conflict.

 Hi We want to migrate a share point site to AEM . (Share point as backend - NodeJS Calls - to - DOJO Framework(HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/JS)). The DOJO UI holds components and templates as in AEM, but each component is rendered through JSON data. I have below questions. Is there a way to keep DOJO with UI same and just convert sharepoint to AEM? What is the besta pproach to migrate the same?  Regards

So one of the concepts that makes object oriented design and programming powerful is reusing components/objects. The idea is create it once, make it solid, then reuse it over and over again.Where I'm at is that we have a form fragment that defines an address. The binding and name are defined in the fragment for the individual fields. The problem is that I have a form that uses this fragment over and over for different address types. The problem is that the binding and the name of the field is always the same and when one address is filled in, the value is propagated to all of the other fragments. This used to work better in 6.1 but in 6.2, all of the fragments become the same control. One way to get around this is to create a fragment for each address type but that loses all of the advantages of OOD.Is there a way to override the binding from the parent form level so that the child fragments' binding can be changed as the form is built? Hi,We have noticed that View as published option in AEM 6.2 author instance includes Production DTM script (instead of Staging DTM Script), which affects Analytics Report (since analytics data is also coming from author instance). We have yet to implement Marketo with SugarCRM.  We are now deciding if we can modify the exisiting SugarCRM API to handle the many to many relationships or if we build our own API.  Who has implemented the SugarCRM connector with many to many relationships.  We are planning to use custom objects for the many to many.  Like to hear from anyone who can offer advise on best way to do this.

Dear all,We are trying to setup field organizers in a multi workspaces organization. Unless we missed something, it appears that they can only be created in 1 workspace. Furthermore, they can inly be created in the historically first workspace (the only one that existed when the workspace feature was enabled), and since this workspace is no longer the shared one, these groups can only be seen in 1 and only one BU... Quite limited Has anyone else experienced the same issue?-Greg
