Journey Canvas not visible yet in Adobe Analytics – does anyone have access?

Hi all,

During Adobe Summit I saw a demo of the Journey Canvas in Adobe Analytics, and I noticed in the release notes that general availability was announced on June 5. However, I still don’t see the Journey Canvas available in my Adobe Analytics environment, even after checking regularly. I’m trying to understand whether this is expected or if something is missing on my side:

Is the rollout still happening gradually?
Do others already have access?
Or does this feature need to be enabled somewhere (e.g. report suite settings, permissions, etc.)?

If anyone has insights on availability, rollout timing, or required configuration, I’d really appreciate it.

HI ​@ArjanW, the rollout of Journey Canvas is done over the span of a couple weeks typically. My company (currently using AA) does have access to Journey Canvas now.

There aren’t any special permissions that you need to enable for it. You can find it with all of the other visualizations on the left hand panel.

If you still don’t see it, you can submit a ticket to client care and ask them about it.

    Hi ​@MandyGeorge , thanks for your reply 😊. Great that you already have access! Is it as nice / useful as it looked at the Adobe Summit? 
    I will wait one more week and after that I will submit a ticket.

    My Company also has it, and like ​@MandyGeorge said, nothing had to be enabled on our side.

     

     

    It’s not a separate panel (like “Next or previous item”), in case that was what you were looking for.

     

    I would expect if you don’t yet have it, it should be available soon, I can’t expect the rollout will be much longer.

      Hi ​@ArjanW, we recently did get access to the Journey canvas visualization in Adobe Analytics. There wasn’t anything that we needed to enable on our end, as far as I’m aware (i.e. no new permission, etc.). The rollout is likely in progress still.

      It looks nice and we’re trying to understand it better.
