Not able to access Adobe Camapaign

Hi Team, 

 

can anyone help to find what is the reason I am seeing this screen when I launch the Adobe campaign from  Adobe Experience Cloud.

This error indicates that the browser cannot resolve the Adobe sandbox domain. 

 

Please verify that the Adobe sandbox URL is correct and that your user has the proper permissions to access it. Also check your network connection, VPN, firewall proxy, and DNS settings, as these may prevent the sandbox domain from being resolved. 

 

If the issue continues, you should contact Adobe support administrator to confirm that the sandbox is active and that your account has access.

  • What is the URL of the Adobe instance you are trying to access?
  • What is your Adobe Organization ID (Org ID)?
  • Are you attempting to access a training sandbox or a production environment?
  • When did you first start experiencing this issue?
  • Have there been any recent changes to your access, user account, or environment configuration prior to the issue occurring?

This information will help us narrow down the possible causes and investigate further.
