Unified Approvals Training
Now that we have to use the unified approval process, we are struggling with some aspects of the proofing approval process and workflow. Is there any training available for users? We would just like to understand how it works a little better.
Example challenges:
- Stages moving forward based on due date vs. decisions
- Unable to delete stages or approvers in a stage
- Automatic notifications going to approvers or reviewers
