Tracked links not expiring after date

Hello, 

I’m having a problem with my tracking server. We have set the tracked links to expire in 3 days in a delivery, yet it isn’t expiring at all. Does anyone know in which part of server is this treated, and how could I inviestigate and debug this further?

      Hi ​@CampaignerForLife 

      did you review your tracking file detials in your ACC tracking server ({install directory}/var/{instance name}/redir/url/log)? (I used to check for a corrupt line in it and restart the workflow)

      Can you also check if the trackinglogd@default service working well?

      Hi @CampaignerForLife, yes in windows the path is different. The issue can come several points. Can youy check if you link to the tracking is enable and correct from your deployment wizard? can you check if your techynical workflow “tracking” working well? 

      If the tracking working, it mean the trackinglogd service working. If it happening only in one delivery it could be a issue on the sync with this delivery. 

      Hva eyou try this on another delivery? did you face the same issue?
