Website Chat tool that integrates with marketo

We are currently using LiveChat and having to build our own integration with marketo. Are there any chat tools out there that integrate with Marketo? We would like to only run new leads through Marketo and the rest can go directly into Salesforce. We would like our inside sales team as well as our support team to be able to use this tool. LiveChat integrates well with Salesforce and allows us to create cases from it but we want anything new going into Salesforce to run through Marketo especially because of our deduping tool, Ringlead.

launchpoint.marketo.com is the place to look.

Your model seems a bit off. The chat program should integrate with marketo at all times. Any existing leads will be updated and the new data synced to SFDC per your lifecycle and/or regular sync update.
