Unable to sync all picklist values from Lead Status field
Hi,
I use two custom fields (Lead Status and Contact Status) to track in Salesforce where our Leads/Contacts stand in our lifecycle. These two fields are mapped together.
Picklist values of these fields are identical, except for "Upsell or Repeat" that I anyway do not use at all. There is no issue with our Marketo User in Salesforce, which can see and change all the values. All of these fields are in use at least once and the Activity Logs in Marketo show well all the changes when they occur.
You can find below the Contact Status values (first screenshot) and the Lead Status values (second screenshot).


And here is my issue: I can see all of these values in Marketo and use them in flows, except "Renewal" for the Lead Status. I can't directly change the values on the leads' pages in Marketo (tab "SFDC Custom Fields", next to "Activity Log"), either.
Then, my questions are:
1. What should I do to be able to use the Renewal Lead Status in Marketo?
2. As far as I understand from other discussions, I should not be able to see the Upsell or Repeat status in Marketo, as I don't use it and as it is not a value included in the Lead Status picklist values. So why can I use it properly?
The Community has been of great help to answer my many questions so far, but I can't find any solution for this one in the discussions.
