Hi, Has anyone had experience with the Marketo to SugarCRM connector and integration – Real case study advice would be very helpful (not guides or documentation) as I am on boarding with Marketo now and are having some issues

    The Sync is simply not working, 

    duplicates were created on some people records for no reason 

    editing people within marketo does not update in sugar crm and reverse

    Hi Monique,

    Have you searched the community for "SugarCRM" keyword ?

    Quite a lot has been written on this. Bottom line being that the custom integration works better on V7 than it did on v6, but still has some weaknesses. Also, search the launchpoint for partner solutions, some exist that do a better job.

    We use SugarCRM at CQUniversity. But we have largely a one way data flow from SugarCRM to Marketo. Happy to chat further if you have anything specific you wanted to talk about.
