SFDC to MKTO Sync

I have a field in SFDC that isn't syncing to MKTO. I have a 1-1 sync and I turned on the "Marketo-Salesforce Sync"

Any thoughts why this isn't working

Confirm the Marketo Integration User has visibility to the field in question. Your SFDC Admin should be able to check.

We have a few Marketo integration users with different SFDC access. Does this mess things up?

There are a lot of missing details here; your best bet would be Support because they can see the current state of the sync.

Hi Alexis,

In regards to your response to Chris; you will want to check the user that is used for the actual setup in step #3 here: Step 3 of 3: Connect Marketo and Salesforce (Enterprise/Unlimited) - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation 

I would also make sure the field is available to that user as Chris mentioned. Here's some documentation around that: Step 2 of 3: Create a Salesforce User for Marketo (Enterprise/Unlimited) - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation
