In Marketo SEO, is it better to stay away from one word keywords like AdWords suggests?

You can monitor any keyword, but a kw phrase that is focused on your area will probably work better for you. There's likely to be a lot of competiton for a single word. Most people use search as a phrase or question now. Which ones are the ones you want to target?
