List members of smart list in email

Is there a way to send an email that contains a list of members of a particular smart list? In this particular case, I would like to send a notification email to my colleagues (who don't have access to Marketo) listing the people who have not yet signed up for their event. It would be useful to either share a smart list matching certain criteria. Or this there another way in which this can be achieved?

Yes, create a smart list and subscribe (List Actions -> New Smart List Subscription) everyone who should receive the report to it. They will get an email with download link, no need to have access to Marketo.

Thanks for your reply. The point is, however, that I would like to share it with people who do not have access to Marketo. Usually people in others departments than marketing.

They don't need to have access to Marketo.
